exciting range of painting, drawing, illustration, collage, 3D, Paper Maché, Clay
work, Textiles and more activities ...
Artzone believe that high quality visual arts education is essential to the development
of the designers, architects & entrepreneurs essential to the modern workplace
and society as a whole. It is Artzone’s mission to implement the highest standards
of programme design, education and certification for Visual Arts.
About RUA RED: RUA RED, South Dublin Art Centre is a dynamic home
for the creation and enjoyment of the arts. Along with partner organisations
and tenants, the centre hosts a programme of events aimed at all
members of the community, locally, nationally and internationally. RUA RED opened
on 5th February 2009 after an investment of almost €10 million in cultural facilities
by South Dublin County Council. The centre is the most recent addition to Tallaght’s
emerging cultural quarter.
About The Faces Exhibition: Artzone has run many small scale student art exhibitions
in community centres, libraries and schools. An exhibition is a fabulous occasion
for the student, parents and teachers alike, to feel the excitement and see their art
exhibited for all to see. It is a showcase for their talent and efforts.
We have long sought to secure a space for a major exhibition. RUA RED is a tremendous
opportunity for us—close to our roots in Rathfarnham. RUA RED offers the
scale and quality of a venue to display the work of our 400+ Senior and Teenage students
in a fabulous setting.
